My name is Reese. I was born in 1990, making me a little over 21 years old as I type this. I was born and raised in Laguna, a province in the Philippines. In my attempt to fulfill my long-cherished dream of becoming a writer, I moved out of my parents' house at the young age of 19. I am now the staff writer for the leading local home and design magazine and I am living in my very own condo in a high-rise residential building in Ortigas, the second most popular business district in the country.
Since I'm a staff writer during the day and a freelance writer at night, I have very little time to spare. The precious time that I do have are spent with my immediate family -- my 56-year-old mother and my 27-year-old brother. As for my beloved father, he joined his Creator two years ago, after fighting a brave battle against colon cancer. In the rare and unlikely event that I have more time, I see my friends from high school, college, office and Singles for Christ.
Three years ago, I started dyeing my dark brown hair. I also got a perm last September, so now I have light brown and curly hair that falls down to my waist. I wear a lot of clothes with lace, ruffles and floral patterns in white, neutrals and soft pastel shades. I enjoy taking care of my appearance because I want to look my very best -- life is too short not to.
